| March 2 | Applicants must file their FAFSA and GPA form by this date to be considered for Cal Grant (state grant) eligibility | |

Priority date for the upcoming academic year - applicants who submit the required documents to the Financial Aid Office for processing by this date will most likely receive their aid at the beginning of the Fall semester | |

| TBA | The Financial Aid Office must receive the Institutional Student Information Record (ISIR) from the Department of Education with an official Expected Family Contribution (EFC) calculated by the Central Processor for students whose final semester of attendance is spring 2010. | |

Last day to file a 2009-2010 Federal Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) | |
| TBA | For students whose final semester of attendance is Summer Session 1: The Financial Aid Office must receive an Institutional Student Information Record (ISIR) with an official Expected Family Contribution (EFC) calculated by the Department of Education’s Central Processing System and all required institutional documents for the 2008-2009 academic year | |
